If all multiple monitors are detected by your operating system, you may have to enter the video card manufacturer's control panel and enable the multiple monitor configuration there.
I have checked my hdmi cable, and it works on other monitors. 3/making the centre monitor connected via DisplayPort, no signal to screen monitor detected though. When you disconnect the cable, instead of an on-screen message, the light turns amber, indicating that the monitor lost signal and is working properly, but is out of range, or not receiving the signal. Don't give up because most computer monitors that act up are salvageable. When l turn the computer on, the monitor shows the brand name screen and then goes to a black screen with the 'no signal' message.
